May '09

Well May has come and gone and we're finally getting around to posting some pictures.  Here are some of our favorite pictures of Luke from this month.

Here he is in his monthly pose with Darth Tater.  This is on his 2nd Month birthday.

We finally decided to introduce him to Hailey's old Bumbo.  As you can see Hailey was explaining to him how to use it.

Hailey felt she had to demonstrate how to sit in it.  Funny to think she used to be too small to fit in this thing!

Luke was even eager to show off his new throne to Nathan.  Here you can see him doing his best Mr. Burns impression.  "Excellent..."

Luke has a tendency, as most babies do, to sleep in some funny poses.  Here you can see him either doing the wave, or shaking his bum while he's sleeping.

Here's a great shot of his face pretty close-up.  As you can see he's doing better with his eyes, but the left one droops a bit still.  We've noticed so does Daddy's though, and Grandpa says his does so he's likely stuck with it.  Aren't genetics great?!?

Here's one of those great close-up sleeping poses.  He looks so calm and peaceful when he's not screaming bloody murder 'cause he needs to fart...

Here you can see Luke posing in his wedge.  We got this to help with his acid reflux so he is propped up when laying down.  As you can see he's strapped in, and kind of likes it.

Here is a seriously proud big sister hugging her baby-bro.

We started putting Luke in his crib, and Mili decided to visit him once.  It looked cute but we were VERY unhappy with her.  She never tried this even once (as far as we know) with Hailey.

Here is a shot of Hailey listening for his belly bubbles.  Luke is very gaseous...  just like Daddy...

And now we have a fun series of great Lukey faces.  He's smiling lots and cooing all the time.  We managed to catch a few great shots of some.
